Jemima Pine Designs
My name is Jemima and I have been designing and making jewellery since 1989. I sell mainly in galleries around East Anglia.
For 10 years I was part of Verandah – an artists' cooperative in Norwich.
There we ran a gallery displaying our work and that of many other local artists. I work from home in my workshop in the garden. I feel blessed having my workshop in these uncertain Covid times.
I make jewellery mainly from silver but also use gold, bronze, brass and copper. I love combining metals and seeing how they all tarnish in their own way. It brings out different characteristics in each piece.
For the popular pieces, I use lost-wax casting. I can also reinvent old jewellery and turn it into something more wearable, so bring me your old pieces.
